Booking Policy & Protocols
Deposit & Booking
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to your scheduled event. A full refund will be issued if there is poor weather.
Weather Policy
In the event of inclement weather, we will gladly work with you to relocate your picnic to an alternative indoor location. If an alternative location is not available or preferred, the remaining refund will be issued.
Travel Fees
We travel with no extra fees from Mashpee to Chatham. Locations outside our standard service area may be subject to an additional travel fee. Please contact us for a custom quote based on your event location.
Planning & Timeline
To ensure every detail is thoughtfully curated, we recommend booking at least two weeks in advance. This allows ample time to coordinate floral arrangements, décor selections, and your preferred color palette.
Beach Picnic Scheduling
During the summer season, beach picnics are available for booking after 6:00 PM to accommodate local beach regulations and ensure the best guest experience. If you prefer to have this earlier, you may be subject to a fee for a beach day pass.
For private properties, backyards, indoor locations, and other non-beach venues, events may be scheduled at any available time.
As we approach August through the Fall, we ask that picnics be booked no later than 5:15 PM due to the sunset starting earlier.
